My scanner is RETARDED!!! grrrrrrrr... *foams at mouth*
Apparently the printer part of my home's scanner/copier/printer has been having issues since spring.
That's fine, I don't usually need to print stuff...but it has now been disconnected from the computer and only acts as a copier.
That's fine, I'll just install the software onto my laptop so I can scan directly...but the CD is missing.
Ok, can I get away with just pluging it in and hoping that SOMETHING will happen??...nope, still won't work.
Garage sales galore last weekend!! Searched for a cheap scanner, but of course, none of them had the software.
Find software on teh intranetz? ... I guess that'll be my only option. (is a lazy ass who doesn't want to have to wait hours for the stuff to load)

OH!! But I DID buy something SUPER AWESOME!!!! I bought an epic telescope for $20 - retail would be at LEAST $150, maybe as much as $300! So excited~!! x3 Garage Sales FTW!

Anyway, long story short - there will be yet another indefinate delay till I get my new stuff up. I think I'll mess around some more with the scanner, maybe even consider investing in a new one that's just a scanner that I can bring to school with me...*sigh*
